It’s completely up to you. Many clients prefer to be at work while we clean. You can provide entry instructions (door code, lockbox, front desk, etc.) in the notes section when you book.
Yes. Our professionals arrive with standard cleaning products, vacuum, and basic tools. If you have special products you prefer (green, scent-free, etc.), we’re happy to use those instead—just let us know.
